Dry weekend camping is included with your hall rental at no additional cost. Campers are welcome to park and set up in the main parking lot—no reservations required.
Both tents and RVs are allowed, but tents must not be set up on the ball diamonds. Generators are permitted for those who need them.
Camping permits are available on the bulletin board inside the hall. Before leaving, please return completed permits to the bar area.
Please note: check-in and check-out for campers must follow the booking times stated in your rental contract.

A refundable damage deposit of $600 is required for all weekend rentals. After your event, the space will be inspected. If no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found, the full deposit will be returned within 7–10 business days.
For all other bookings, a damage deposit is also required. The amount will vary depending on the rental rate and event details, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
If any issues are identified, the cost of repairs or cleaning—typically between $250 and $600—will be deducted from the deposit. A detailed invoice will be provided. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the balance.
